MILO® Oats and Banana

Combine the nutritious energy of MILO with the goodness of Oats and Banana to make this delicious smoothie for your champs.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 200 milliliters of choice milk
  • 1/4 cup of Oats
  • 3 Slightly heaped teaspoons (20g) MILO®
  • 1 Medium banana, chopped
  • 1/2 cup crushed ice

MAKE IT:
