
INGREDIENTS:
- 1/4 cup MILO®
- 1/4 cup boiling water
- 20g melted butter
- 1 1/3 cups self-raising flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 egg
MAKE IT:

<p>In another bowl, whisk flour and bicarbonate soda in another bowl and Make a well in center and break your egg in.</p> , rich_text
<p>Add milk and your MILO<sup>®</sup> mixture and whisk until smooth.</p> , rich_text
<p>Heat up a non-stick frying pan over high-heat and brush it with butter. Pour 1/4 cupful of batter into the pan and warm it for 2 minutes or until bubbles appear on the surface.</p> , rich_text
<p>Flip your pancake and let it cook for another 1-2 mins until golden brown.</p> , rich_text
